I walk daily around my little town of Ladner, British Columbia searching out meaningful and deeply interesting images to illustrate. I adore the abandoned, dirty, broken, pigments of the past that co-exist with us here in the present, and, if properly preserved through art, will serve as a memory for us in the future. I also love the nature of this place; its birds and creatures, the river that runs through it, and the plants and trees that constantly change with the seasons. I have been a graphic designer and writer for over 25 years, and for the last 2 years, I have been spending an exorbitant amount of time developing my  skills to fuel my artistic endeavours. I’m not at the prescribed 10,000 hours as of yet, but trying to get there!
