Customers can login to their Winking Dog account Portal to print invoices and order history.

We will keep you posted via email at every step of the process.

I offer FREE SHIPPING to Canada and mainland USA destinations on anything you order. Allow for 2 weeks or 10 business days for delivery once you’ve ordered. Please contact me for shipping quote outside of North America. Please contact me at theresa@winkingdogdesigns.com if your order has not been delivered within this timeframe.

As a general rule of thumb, I do not do commissioned artwork at this time. However, I have been known to illustrate the occasional pet portrait and special building or boat upon request. Please feel free to contact me with your project and we can discuss.

My print partner is a highly respected Canadian based printer. They print and ship all of my prints, both paper and canvas for me. I digitally sign and number all of my prints and then send you a certificate of authenticity from my studio here in Ladner, British Columbia. For all merchandise, ie. tote bags and pillows, from another Canadian based printer. I have researched and sourced the suppliers I feel offer the best service and high quality products for my customers. My art cards are printed locally and shipped to you by me personally.

No. I am a digitally based artist and this means there are no originals that exist. However, this does keep the cost down to my customers and all of my paper prints are limited edition and printed on fine archival art paper, and my canvas prints are great quality and ready to hang.
